otoh I just made myself 1 quarter pounder BURGER AT HOME WITH Fresh baked bun, GRASSFED/FINISHED BEEF WITH TOMATO, OINION and avacado on top and it was SOOOO Good and filling especially after banana and small whey shake after the gym.
